At colorFabb we have a well equipped 3d printing studio with a lot of popular 3d printers. We know our materials will give you excellent results and to help you get these results here are tips and tricks for using colorFabb 3d printing filament.

Advised 3D printing temperature 
240-260C
Advised 3d print speed
40 - 70 mm/s

Advised Heated bed 
60-70C

Cooling fan

TIP! For colorFabb_XT we advice to print on a heated bed. After printing, the build plate needs to cool down to about 20-30 C at which point you can remove the printed part.

XT-CF20

XT-CF20 è un materiale composito per la stampa 3D derivato da colorFabb_XT, arricchito con il 20% di fibre di carbonio di alta qualità. Questo filamento è noto per la sua straordinaria rigidità e resistenza, rendendolo ideale per la produzione di parti funzionali robuste. È la scelta preferita dei professionisti grazie alla sua elevata stabilità dimensionale, viscosità di fusione e precisione, perfetto per applicazioni che richiedono prestazioni superiori.

Nota: un punto di particolare attenzione è la natura abrasiva delle fibre di carbonio. In generale queste fibre accelerano l'usura degli ugelli in ottone, molto più velocemente dei filamenti non riempiti. Si consiglia di utilizzare ugelli in acciaio inossidabile o ugelli realizzati con leghe di rame temprate.
